Air-fried butter beans are basically the same as chicken breast. Brush em with oil, salt heavily, delicious.

Air fried lion’s mane mushroom makes spectacular “chicken” tenders.
Too bad both beans and mushrooms cause a lot of people stomach upset while chicken doesn’t.
