In search for free domain I got IPQuick. It gives a random domain for any IP4&6. I know not reliable for commercial use but I just want a domain for nextcloud, fediverse and mail.

Questions 1.Is not IP keeps changing in short time will I need to Keep generating domains? 2.Any one using it?

For most use cases you can host everything on I2P.

    • You can create unlimited domains for free
    • Its censorship resistant There are some caveats though:
    • The network is rather slow (but not too slow in my opinion)
    • You need to configure your router or you device to access the I2P net

This one will be a bit trickier because of federation. Maybe it is even impossible. But for git hosting, website hosting, email, your cloud, various chats software or torrents it should just work.

The performance is absolutely abysmal and the error-rates high. For personal use, just have a normal VPN.

I just meant it as a static domain to host stuff. If you don’t care about anonymity you can just reduce the hops and it will get fairly stable.

Have you tried it after the recent updates? They added ddos protection so now the network isn’t nearly as vulnerable to attacks. Before they were getting hit over and over by some large actor who seemed to want to break i2p routing.

One caveat though, you need to be careful of the Indian government coming after you. I don’t live in India bit I hear they are banning and or attacking services that allow for circumvention of censorship and India seems to be hostel to people seeking privacy.
