lazy day dinner, I had leftovers - roasted chicken breasts (marinated in enchilada sauce) with green chilies and sweet potatoes. fried it up and stuffed it in a burrito with a handful of chopped cabbage tossed with lemon juice.

I went to the shops and got stuff to make burgers but they weren’t very photogenic so I just ate them without documenting.

I think getting the flavoured burgers was a mistake.
