Edit : i was ignorant when i posted this however i think it is still safe to say that internet in most 3rd countries is bad or expensive in comparison to their income

            I live in the US suburbs and don’t even have 15 upload. With data caps and much more than $6.25 a month

        we don’t need to care about upload since it’s generally direct download and not torrent here.
        Edit : the up/down ration seems to be 2.4 : 1.4
