She is so cute!
She is so cute!
This sounds like a completely proportional and legal response /s
This is definitely against the first amendment
I’m a recently separated transgender veteran, and I’m well connected with those directly affected by this. Most branches are taking a similar route with a option to either voluntarily separate or else involuntarily separate after a board meets to separate you. Involuntary separation will take a much longer time, however some people still might like to take it just to be done with the military.
There’s very likely going to be a temporary restraining order on the effects of these executive orders. The case to look at is called Talbot V Trump. We are expecting to see it issued in the next week.
People can be separated from the military for a number of reasons including medical reasons, disciplinary reasons, inability to do their job, or other reasons. Most people will be discharged under honorable conditions, (unless there are other conditions that would characterize it differently)
I had a friend that separated early because of something the Air Force deemed “failure to adjust to the military environment”
This is One of the major things I’m worried about.
Namely I’m worried about mental health service, and getting medications paid for from the VA. I may have to find “alternate causes” to justify taking estrogen. Or else I may have to pick up the bill on some things.
I hope nobody was dead after the crash!
Does this actually cite the GAO’s report? Or is it made up?
I love bulletin boards! They’re always a good spot to find local events
Children can’t grow a brain stem that isn’t there. Or make a malformed heart work There are complications that cannot be treated
This is going to hurt planning on all levels for the Ukrainians. It would make sense if he only wanted to get rid of financial aid, but intelligence sharing is free. The US is already monitoring the whole conflict. The US is the primere space power in the world, so that’s a lot of resources to lose. The USA is sending a message that they do not support Ukraine anymore
I would like to have an ev, but I don’t want to buy from a Nazi
SPARTA is an organization for transgender service members. They provide guidance and support for trans service members https://spartapride.org/
Lambda Legal is the law firm representing transgender service members in Talbott v Trump. They are a civil rights law group that focuses on LGBT people https://lambdalegal.org/
The ACLU has been fighting for the civil rights of all Americans for Decades. They’re also involved and coordinating and recording injustices. They’re not trans-specific however they are always a good group https://www.aclu.org/
The one thing that this article fails to mention is that transgender female individuals would have to revert to male grooming standards in physical fitness tests. If they choose to “voluntarily” separate they might be placed on administrative leave and not need to cut their hair.
(I can’t wait to see how transmasc members don’t shave anymore because there are no female beard standards)
Additionally people will be ordered to misgender trans service members.
The next hearing to make an injunction is on the 12th of March and so many service members are placed on administrative leave until then.
I’m a recently separated trans veteran, and I have a lot of friends being impacted by this, so feel free to ask me questions on this
This is all by executive order, so that doesn’t work here. The big thing that would help is an injunction.
This is a side effect of fighting climate science instead of climate change
It’s basically a purge of trans and gay people. Different rules for different people. You bet that if these people weren’t trans or gay that they would face no consequences for anything.
How many guys are going to talk about their Viagra and how it makes them feel better? You know that they aren’t getting punished for talking about their own health
Tulsi has such a stick up her ass. Nobody was hurting anyone. Nothing illegal was going on. Nobody was being harassed.
This doesn’t have anything to do with getting better workers and has everything to do with blatant discrimination
It sounds truthy enough, but there’s nothing to validate it. It’s equally possible (or rather I’m almost certain) that this is Russian propaganda designed to split the USA even more. I wouldn’t pay much attention to this right now.
That said, he keeps playing into Russian talking points as if he were Dimitri Medvedev himself
The military has already been trying to “do more with less” This doesn’t seem like a great idea when war with China is right around the corner. Especially with the mess that is navy procurement. It’s actually a contrary to Republican policy goals to cut a lot of these employees. It seems to me like this hasn’t been thought through at all. They could go for the furniture funds and end of year waste, but instead they’re going to cut out some of the best talent.
Looks like the DoD will have lots of money for furniture and won’t be able to target anything or fix anything. It’s going to cause fatigue to many of our men and women in uniform.
The home still costs over a million, and I only make 60k
