this is just a little reassurance that yea, people can get high outside of the circumstances they’re familiar with.

I understood the message, no worries. I only used the US as an example to highlight the fact that complacency is often a bigger factor than legality no matter where you’re traveling.

It’s easy to hand wave traveling as too hard if you can’t see beyond what’s in front of you. Mental borders, if you will.

I will always advocate for cultivating your own regardless of legality, but when you’re on the move, that can be challenging.

Stating the obvious here because I think it’s worth remembering: legality and availability vary wildly in the US too. Sometimes the laws aren’t even consistent from county to county within a single state. What is considered “normal” for you might be completely different from what someone just a short drive away is experiencing.

I mention the US because it highlights that whether you are domestic or international, it’s going to take some planning to ensure you can get what you need no matter where you go. Availability is going to fluctuate based on local enforcement and culture no matter what borders you cross.

Yuuuuuuuus. I keep an indoor garden year round but all of a sudden I can’t wait to get started outdoors again. The bug doesn’t usually bite this hard this early lol.

My ground is still frozen, and snow is everywhere. Today is to be warm though! Very excited to growing season this year!

The grass and weeds have been growing for a bit already so I’m taking that as nature trying to tell me to get my ass going. There’s a slight chance that we might see one last surprise frost but I think we’ll be ok. Everything temperature sensitive is still safely indoors just in case though.

Thank you! 💚 I’m fortunate to have very caring friends who offered to share and help out. There’s no way I could do everything myself with hand tools or even power tools. Thanks to them we have a beautiful space to nurture and enjoy together.

I’m not sure we know enough about his/their exit from Red Bull to know for sure how much information he had about an outgoing manufacturer. IIRC Red Bull were recruiting heavily from Mercedes and other teams PU divisions too, not just bringing in everyone from Honda.

I would assume Aston Martin trusted Honda to rebuild with people who had previous experience as much as possible and for whatever reason that didn’t happen to the extent they expected. The way he’s quoted in the article makes it sound like the people at AM didn’t do their due diligence until it was already too late, which is absolutely on them.
