A) The users (and therefore data) are likely to go somewhere else if Twitter runs into major issues (you can already see it happening with the Fediverse gaining a lot of new users), and B) The public API has been very limited since like March, so it already is kinda a no-go for data scientists.
Snapchat is also trying to add more social features to their TikTok-like feed, there are comments on there now, but it’s very rudimentary and right now there’s no way to add or view the profile of commenters, but they’re trying, and they already have a massive userbase.
You mean the public API? Yeah, I have some bad news about that unfortunately.
