My position comes from how the respective parties present themselves. It seems to me that DPRK has been using more assertive rhetoric compared to China who want to be seen as perfect doves who trade with anyone and everyone (not to mention that the Korean civil war never really ended in a way like the Chinese one did). Amerikkka will continue to try to provoke both (and honestly within the last ~6 months I think the provocations have been worse towards the DPRK), and I think DPRK will be the one who will actually respond to a red line being crossed.

idk ive been saying it before this but especially with the recent annoucements by the DPRK that they’ve given up on peaceful reunification as long as occupied korea (and amerikkka as an extension) maintain their current course, I think it’s way more likely for that conflict to pop off vs taiwan
