    Best way to test that is to stop or reduce how much you do it for a while. See if anything improves or changes. Note the difference. And then ease back into it.

    But shortly, no, once a day is not too much or too little. Everyone is different. So unless it’s keeping you from being sexually fulfilled or distracting you a lot or whatever, have at it.
