Most the yuros do. And then they’ll blast you for it behind your back. It’s a continent problem. Y’all lack the context of not needing a common language and it being the default. There is simply little value here beyond academics and arguably some added cultural context. And them of course politeness gets in the way of practice.

  • I’m my testing I’ve found most commits quite good when given proper instructions with those concerns. Many need tweaks and fixed but hardly the crap described here by adversarial parties.

Have you tried giving agent instructions on how you’d like your commits to look like?

As for the rest of the complaints and needing to hold hands, sounds like an inexpensive junior developer 🤷‍♂️ most people in the industry needed their hands held for 5 years.

All of this is mostly irrelevant anyway. You still didn’t address why anything you said here doesn’t apply to human coders or why it you’re getting quality commits and can’t tell from the PR why explicit ID is needed.

The short answer in here would likely be prejudice. You’d argue and take extra scrutiny based on identifying the source.

If you’re going to take random commits from an email address what gives you any confidence that person is going to follow your standards or not be a pain?
