Saw a thing once, maybe Mythbusters, that showed how beavers are attracted to the sound of running water and want to stop it. In the show, they got the beaver to dam a speaker by playing river/stream noises through it.
I like to do it in song:

86·8 days agoBy that rationale, the nazi arm bands should be coming in a future update. After all, it’s just a cosmetic item that players ask for.

13·13 days agoRight? How about this: I’ll keep the swearing to a minimum if you remove all the religious bobbles from your desk and stop talking about God. You don’t have a monopoly on being offended, and respect goes both ways.
It’s not a defeatist attitude because I still make sure to vote in every election and do what I can to move the needle to the left.
A pessimistic attitude, for certain. But I’m still participating to keep the candle of hope burning. I’m not defeated yet.
So vote for the known nazi instead?
Whether you like it or not, one of the two are going to win and run the country. I’d rather try to keep it from being the nazis.

Great in theory, but there are too many people who fellate the god of tradition while stroking the hard-on of American exceptionalism and are unwilling to look at any other example of functioning government.

Is *that *what the spotter does? I always had a different impression.
If you haven’t tried No Man’s Sky in VR, you’re really missing out. I have about 800 hours in it (90% in VR) and still go back to it day 1 if a new Expedition.
Walkabout Mini golf is a must-have.
Myst and Riven are fantastic in VR.
Star Wars Squadrons, Project Wingman, MS Flight Simulator… Pretty much any flying game with a HOTAS setup is great in VR.
Same can be said for racing games with a wheel setup.
Alyx is truly fabulous, but there are plenty of other great VR experiences to be had.
And that’s not even including what’s available with the VR injection mods. Cyberpunk in VR is pretty awesome, even with the jank that comes with playing a pancake game in VR.
