It is technically just a game engine but there are a bunch of games on it including one called minetest that is very similar to Minecraft

2 you can get a gba emulator like lemudroid from f-droid and play any gba game you can get a ROM for

I’m running a heltec v3 right now and so far it seems to run pretty well but the antenna I have been using with it is pretty shit so I have a better one on the way

And for your radio I would go with a baofeng uv-5r ham radio because at least In America you can listen to the noaa weather stations and the regulations on what channels you can transmit on go pretty well and out the window in a disaster
