  • Maybe unpopular opinion but tbh I have barely reached for my OLED deck since getting it. Battery dies too fast for it to be even remotely convenient. Desktop mode is hot garbage. The device itself is too bulky to comfortably bring it with me anywhere without feeling like a weirdo. I’d take a Vita or 3DS over it for commuting any day. Struggling to see where the deck fits in, unless my PC is down for a while and I have nothing else to do.

  • Just as a counter point, it was Trump that got the ball rolling with pulling out of Afghanistan. All Biden did was move up the timeline, completely shit the bed, and abandoned the Afghan collaborators to their fate. I wouldn’t really call that a win.

I also don’t really know why you’d think Trump would do something like randomly invade the Congo, when he didn’t do anything like that when he actually was president. Yes, he had Qasem Soleimani killed, and stopped the mandatory reporting of drone strikes. But nothing like Biden has done with his expensive proxy war against Russia, and genocide of the Palestinian people. Not saying Trump wouldn’t have done the same thing, but that doesn’t really help make a case for Biden.

  • With things as they stand right now, I don’t see any outcome other than Trump winning by at least a solid 5 points in every state that matters.

I’m not holding my breath, but there could be some shake-ups e.g. with the Supreme Court rulings, or Jack Smith’s federal case. Heck, Trump and Biden are both old as fuck. Anything could happen with the election still a year away.

If Trump got knocked out of the race, I could see Haley easily taking the W in both the nomination and general election (by an even wider margin than Trump). DeSantis is DOA, I can’t see him winning the general under any conditions.

If Biden croaks, it’s hard to say. I don’t think Kamala could pull off a win against the front running republicans. They’d have to put up a new candidate, but are there really any? Honestly, to me it seems like the dems would rather lose than do anything that would be popular enough to secure them a win.
