It costs money to get a piece of paper from old, decrepit, incompetent assholes who once got pieces of paper from older, decrepiter, incompetenter assholes.
There’s a motivational-poster-level quote in here somewhere.

I’m under 35 and both got and love the joke. But I’m 31 so, close enough.

I agree, but that’s not the question.
As a woman, I’m genuinely curious on men’s opinions about this.

While i appreciate the spirit of the pic, this is way more than the dusty old cheetoh deserves. Just throw him in the trash

I’m currently where you were a year ago. This gave me hope - thanks for sharing. Keep up the good work man, that shit has got to be hard.

Difference of practice vs insanity is directly related to something within your control vs outside of your control.
Well said. Claiming he simply died for his political beliefs is highly reductive and disingenuous.

Choosing not to vote in the last election was a form of voting, imo.

As an American, shut the hell up and sit down. Humble yourself. We’re a complete joke because the majority of our citizens that bothered to vote chose the narcissistic dumbass currently running the country.
America was broken long before now, but we’re shittier about hiding it nowadays.
My dad was 47 and my mom was 32 when they had me. Although he was a fantastic dad, my dad didnt have the same energy as all of my friends’ dads, and that was always obvious. He really only was able to bike ride with us until I was maybe like 8 or 9.
My dad had some health complications when I was a teenager, and he died when he was 61 and I was 15. Really messed me up for awhile. Of course I miss him and wish he hadn’t gone when he did, but when I think about it, I realize that he’d be 78 if he was still been alive today. Not sure that I would be able to handle caring for my aging dad at 31, considering how overwhelmed I currently am with my life.
It’s certainly doable, but I don’t think its a great idea - especially if youre kinda indifferent about it and your husband is leaning no.
Did you just have a stroke?
Nice stroke, Pam.

As someone who’s always struggled to find ambition, that’s wild to me.
This reminded me to sit up straight.

Idk who needs to hear this, but don’t put your dick in that

Just gonna start out by saying I’m a woman.
I appreciate the premise of what you’re saying, but the unfortunate reality is that people often aren’t trust worthy and there are people that would lie about something as serious as SA.
Our justice system is broken in many ways, but I don’t think this is one of them. It makes sense that we should have to prove any claims we make against somebody else - especially if that claim can ruin their life.
I fall into “rude coworker” territory, but have managed to do really well in my career. Different groups at my company have requested me to move to them, was just promoted to Expert in my software product, and actually just got offered a job with a 30% raise by one of the clients I work with (which I ultimately accepted and start next month).
My secret is that I’m a hard worker and I’m very thorough with everything I do. I take mentoring others seriously, and although I’m not naturally a very patient person, I am always patient with my coworkers and clients.
You don’t have to be good at socializing to climb your way up, but you do have to make up for it by actually being good at your job.
Just saving shit like this to show my brother how much he relates
