CalyxOS on my Pixel 6a
CalyxOS on my Pixel 6a
35 km this week, though I may run later today. I’ve had higher weeks lately but have a half marathon coming up so I’m in the taper phase
I’ve got a half marathon coming up in a few weeks (my longest race since a marathon in 2019). I’m near the end of my “peak phase” on my Garmin training plan so another week or two of highish mileage then a taper to the race.
My current goal is sub 1:45. My Garmin says I’m in 1:43:xx shape. I’m not sure how much weight to give the watch’s prediction since I’ve only done 5K races so far this year.
Several A series phones are listed on the LineageOS wiki, but the A31 is not one of them
I know that only T-Mobile based carriers are “suggested” but I wonder how AT&T based carriers would work?
This site has a crowd sourced list of apps that includes their compatibility on deGoogled Android devices.
Personally, I’ve had very few issues with apps not working, and banking/productivity apps haven’t given me issues on CalyxOS, but your mileage may vary
Cameras aren’t usually seen as Motorola’s strength
I highly recommended Dragomino. Similar gameplay as Kingdomino, but without the building restrictions and the egg collecting introduces enough chance to level the playing field
I’m pretty sure it’s an Anbernic RG35XX
This post has a table of alternate Lemmy apps
Thanks for the hotfix on 0.0.34! I’m glad that I can use Jerboa again since my instance hasn’t yet updated to Lemmy 0.18
Can you post when the upgrade happens? I’m still seeing 0.17.4 as the server version
I tried downgrading but ran into the crashing issue listed in this bug report
I’ve had an HP Dev One with Pop!_OS for right about a year now. I’ve done plenty of hopping and testing of other distributions prior to last year, but started with Ubuntu in 2009/2010 and have always felt most comfortable with Debian based OSs.
I chose what was a smaller instance to try to spread things out
Updating apps has worked fine for me, but as other users pointed out the search hasn’t worked. Another workaround is to sign in with a working Google account to search instead of using the anonymous accounts.
I ran my first half marathon in over 4 years this morning. I used the Garmin suggested workouts to train for the race and felt very well prepared. My default is just to do lots of easy miles when training, so I appreciated the various types of runs the watch suggested.
My initial goal when I signed up for the race was 1:45, and this morning my Garmin said I was in 1:42 shape. I went out with a goal of 1:40 and finished around 1:39:30, even with a slight detour that added about 2 tenths of a mile to my race. 😂
I’ll have a pretty light week next week and think about what to train for next.
