I would recommend getting your vaccination history and discussing it with your doctor. The vaccines do wane in effectiveness over time.

They are issued to green card holders and other people who are not US citizens. These are the types of documents necessary to prove citizenship to get a passport.

It would mean that every citizen would need their birth certificate or passport to vote. It would be election workers could be bankrupted in civil court. It is illegal under current law for anyone thatis not a citizen to vote.
This would disenfranchise many eligible voters.
