Pretty much the same thing, but the term rizz is literally the shortening of the word charisma. Probably related to pizazz.
Relatability is only part of charisma. Impression of things like likeability, knowledge, and authority play an essential role.
Rizz is Kah-RIZZ-mah (charisma). Usually used in the context of one person hitting on another with reciprocated attraction.
