    Krita is a free and open-source graphics editor that you can make animations with. I almost use it daily and I love it.

        Oh, it’s kinda like Photoshop but heavier on painting part. Also I’m not a developer of it, just a happy user and occasional donator.

        There might have been a misunderstanding, it’s not a 3D printing program. Though I’m sure most of those programs are FOSS as well. :)
