Bug eggs of some sort I assume. Not my original post, so I’m not sure where the picture was taken.

Edit:

Did a quick image recognition on my phone at it identified them as swallow fly butterfly eggs. Based on other pictures I saw, that’s a solid guess.

Edit 2:

It also identified them as stink bug eggs, which also look very similar.
