For someone with an active lifestyle, the majority of the water byproduct from fat metabolism would likely be expelled through sweating and respiration, not urination.

I’m fine with immediately acknowledging whenever I’m wrong, and I’m certainly not trying to get anyone to just pee more (to preemptively clarify, now that I think about it).
