The most entertaining part is how confidently they say shit that is objectively wrong.

“It’s just a paint ball gun”: no, it isn’t. The drum magazine pretty clearly marks it as a canister launcher of some kind. Have you never seen a paint ball gun hopper?

“It’s non lethal”: no, it isn’t. We don’t even use that term in general anymore because people keep getting killed by “non-lethal” weapons.

    “[some racist bullshit]”: fuck you.

Worse, even if they were right, they’re still wrong.

You can’t legally shoot someone who is just standing there doing nothing wrong, even with paintballs or non-lethal weapons.

If you pointed a paintball gun at somebody IRL, and when questioned by the cops, you said it was just a paintball gun, that would not be exculpatory. It would be a confession.

Even more wrong, because the person is not just standing there - they’re in a fucking car which moving. Imagine the consequences of shooting tear gas into a moving car…

If the person is in a moving car then they should straight up not be filming, unless they are in the back seat of the driver’s side. Either way, shooting a tear gas canister into a car would be incredibly dangerous.
