ICE enabled these men with immature child minds to be able to play openly with guns. Look, he has both a big truck AND a big gun. Now that’s overcompensation!

Gen-X here. I see a mix of that and millennials. The Gen-X ones are hilarious, they aren’t fit enough for any sort of actual first responder type work, so obviously ICE is all about scare tactics and outnumbering the weak.

I see a lot of millennial and gen Z in the videos. Doesn’t surprise me, MeToo and GamerGate was huge for millennials and for every woman that reported a MeToo, there was an angry guy wanting to get retribution. You can’t convince me many of these men weren’t getting MeToo’d

this is not a federal agent

I’m sorry to report that it is, in fact, a federal agent.

This isn’t even strictly new. It’s just new to middle class domestic white people. If you were growing up in Nicaragua in the '80s or Iraq in the '00s or Venezuela and Yemen in the last three years, you know all about this guy. If you were living in the hood during a police raid or slum clearance, you know about the guy. If you’ve ever worked near the US/Mexico border during an election year, this guy was all the fuck over the place.

The best part is, there no easy way to tell if this masked man in camo in a regular grey jeep wildly pointing his weapon is an official lunatic or not. Someone should call the police on the potential shooter. See something say something amirite?

Better yet, I have a real gun vs. his pepper ball cannon. No ICE around here yet, but since Trump took office you won’t catch me outside, or inside, unarmed. Not allowing masked, unidentified men attack me or my immigrant wife.

    Man.

Hypothetically (no, FBI, I’m not opening up), it’d be so easy for crooks to dress up and pretend to be ICE.

Especially cartels. They must be having a field day with this, on top of all the attention drawn off them.

        Holy shit.

Off topic, but I searched “cartel pretends to be ice” on DDG, and literally got hundreds of cheap AI slop YT videos of supposed ICE cartel busts. Replies are either bots or idiot believers; no one is calling them out! YT is not taking them down. Most uploaded today or yesterday.

        The internet is toast. RIP.

But yeah, if big orgs are doing this, it doesn’t seem high profile yet.

Youtube is becoming a cesspool of inane, non-informative AI sharts. I thought for a second about creating a bot that would pull the most searched for terms of the day, pipe them into an LLM, then pipe that into an AI video creation app. I didn’t because even the thought made me feel kind of gross.

I tried to search for how much my carpet cleaner diluted the stuff in the “solution” compartment.

All I know from that is that “… carpet cleaner is an excellent” and “will enhance my cleaning” and “dispenses solution and water” and yada yada. I swear it didn’t use to be this way.

E: for the record, used way to much cleaner. But, meguirs all purpose, three thumbs up. Dilute at least 4:1 water to APC when using as cleaner for a Hoover

Agreed. The rank and file of both the Confederacy and Nazi Germany were let off with a slap to the wrist. Only 210ish people at Nuremberg were executed.

We should collect the accounting books of ICE. Anyone listed as being paid by the Regime for serving as ICE and similar functions, should be executed after a trial against the Trump Regime as a whole. I don’t want these willing monsters to be my neighbors, nor should they be allowed to raise families in their own foul image for generations to come.

They are a threat to democracy and human decency, since their ideology is all about harming innocent people and a neverending greed.

And we need to include the people who CALLED and REPORTED their neighbors and random people at resturants etc to give ICE tips. ICE is a bunch of randos from other states, they don’t know where anyone is. They’ve been getting tipped off.

  • That’s not ice, that’s a gang member with an illegal gun. I mean, what law enforment conceals their identity? It’s gotta be one of those “violent illegals” they’ve been saying. Can a “good guy with a gun” please do your job and protect our country from these armed thugs, who are obviously just impersonating ice?

The most entertaining part is how confidently they say shit that is objectively wrong.

“It’s just a paint ball gun”: no, it isn’t. The drum magazine pretty clearly marks it as a canister launcher of some kind. Have you never seen a paint ball gun hopper?

“It’s non lethal”: no, it isn’t. We don’t even use that term in general anymore because people keep getting killed by “non-lethal” weapons.

      “[some racist bullshit]”: fuck you.

Worse, even if they were right, they’re still wrong.

You can’t legally shoot someone who is just standing there doing nothing wrong, even with paintballs or non-lethal weapons.

If you pointed a paintball gun at somebody IRL, and when questioned by the cops, you said it was just a paintball gun, that would not be exculpatory. It would be a confession.

If the person is in a moving car then they should straight up not be filming, unless they are in the back seat of the driver’s side. Either way, shooting a tear gas canister into a car would be incredibly dangerous.

When it was people taking precautions to prevent innocent suffering and death, they considered it pathetic fearful hysteria.

Now that they’re in a position of power and have zero reason to wear a mask besides hiding their identity, it’s no longer pathetic or fearful.

    Funny how that works.
