    There’s a type of cuisine in Japan called Horumonyaki which is offal and off-cuts served on grilled skewers. Chicken uterus is a common ingredient.

        I haven’t, but I doubt there’s much if any egg flavor.

        I had it once and it didn’t taste of eggs. I keep meaning to try it again and forgetting.

          Could you crack an egg inside of a chicken uterus and braise the whole thing, or is that too fucked up?

          I wonder if chicken fallopian tubes can be used for sausage and if so if egg sausage could be a thing.
