    When comparing the current cheapest

    • 4080 Super (NVIDIA), Zotac’s Trinity (ZT-D40820D-10P) this post
      • $1370 CAD
    • 7900 XT (AMD), PowerColor’s Hellhound
      • $959 CAD

    we get:

    __ Rasterization/Raw Performance __

    1080p Average Difference:
1.99% gain for the 4080 Super over the 7900 XT

    1440p Average Difference:
3.31% gain for the 4080 Super over the 7900 XT

    4K Average Difference:
3.13% gain for the 4080 Super over the 7900 XT

    __ Raytracing Performance __

    1440p Average Difference:
10.48% gain for the 4080 Super over the 7900 XT

all of this for a 8.82% price increase, which is not worth it in my opinion unless you’re looking for better raytracing performance.

One side thing is that I actually really like the style that Zotac went with this card, it honestly looks pretty kickass but I still wouldn’t buy it unfortunately due to the cost being ridiculous
