    The Scottish government is to abandon its “world-leading” goal to cut carbon emissions by 75% by 2030, after repeatedly missing its legally binding targets.

    Can private citizens do this too? What if we just abandoned our goal of paying taxes after repeatedly missing legally binding tax bills?

      In Germany that would be because we would actually need to change something… like “the freedom of cars” 😳
