Wow, I’m amazed he didn’t get pancaked. That bison must have been in a good mood.

I don’t think you spent even a millisecond to think about that before writing and submitting that comment. It’s like if someone threw a bicycle onto a tank and you were worried about the tank being ok.

The bison is minding their own business in their OWN habitat while a tank is used to oppress others. Not a fair comparison at all.

I was thinking maybe the guy was possibly trying to shoo it away or something, but no, turns out he just got drunk and decided to kick a bison.

    Who does that?

Damn shame the bison didn’t trample him to death, except they’d probably put the bison down over it.

    Fucking moron deserved it.

I mean it’s a massive beast. People stupidly think they can’t move fast (they think the same about cows). Plus there are signs all over about don’t fuck with the Bison.

Several years ago I filmed a woman approaching a herd of elk… You know, one bull and his harem. Thought for sure I was watching someone about to die (she was too far away for me to get to her). Fortunately a nearby photographer got her out of there.

Does anyone else find the whole “injured, arrested” style of writing headlines to be outdated and kind of jarring?

Sure it made sense when typesetters had limited characters on a page and all but in the internet age “injured and later arrested” just reads better.
