I think stuff is a bit overblown, I don’t think most Spurs fans are happy that they are the first team to win 8 out of first 10 PL games and still finish outside top 4.
I think it’s just a nice Cope to say, well sure, we lost to City, and failed to qualify for the CL, but at least we fucked over Arsenal’s title challenge.
Just like as a United fan, the season sucks donkey balls, but atleast we fucked Liverpool off from the Fa Cup and from the title race.
There were cheers at the final whistle. When City had their first shot on target, sections of the crowd erupted and Tottenham were in control up to that point.
