Isn’t that a constitutional problem? A fetus in a foreign woman visiting the USA is a potential American citizen depending on the location of birth. So would it have constitutional protections based on that? Would it necessarily extend certain protections to that woman?

If they do you should claim them on your rax return. Some states wrote laws that you can’t but if its a life it has INALIENABLE rights and I’d claim every embryo in a fertility clinic and make the IRS prove in court they aren’t people.

Yeah a whole bunch of laws would need to be changed because a fetus is not a human and laws know that. Idiots don’t. Imagine if your birthday was the day your parents conceived you.

Pregnancy tests at the entrance of every ticketed event. That’s two people going in. Need to be charged accordingly.

Doesn’t this bely the “toned down language on abortion” that leaves it to the states? Because once it’s a constitutional issue, the supreme Court can overturn any state’s protection of abortion rights. Just the idea that a ball of unconscious cells has the same or more right to life as the 24yr old women it lives in is disgusting to me. His platform is just more vague, it still contains all of the possibilities of the original.

Can we at least deny rights to the sperms and eggs? How about ensuring the right to contraception

They don’t care about lying or hypocrisy, so unfortunately your first point is moot to them. They have no honor to go back on.

They are making this new list to keep voters who were unhappy with project 2025 so I think it’s important to point out it doesn’t actually exclude any of those provisions. It’s not a promise to be more moderate and actually winking at the far right the whole time.
