That’s but fuel cells can be more efficient, especially when combined with heat recapture (80-90% efficiency). At least that’s what wikipedia says.
I guess this is another alternative for people who like noise? What are it’s advantages over fuel cells?

At 60% efficient, it would be about the most efficient ICE engines ever. So it is worth a look. And yes, people do like noise.
