    Reminder: The government levies fines according to law. They don’t get to make shit up according to how heinous you feel the offense is.

    The obvious solution is revenue based fines, but what legislator is voting for that?

    @[email protected] @[email protected] This is the thing. So many people think they can trust companies with their private info and just give it out willy nilly. The thing is, even when the companies do everything right (which they almost never do) this stuff still happens.
