I like the idea that an episode can be as long as it needs to be, and the same with the amount of episodes. Though there are still various constraints and ideas that must be satisfied I guess. But if I saw today a show with 8 seasons 20 episodes each, I wouldn’t watch it. That’s just too much for one show.
