minus-squarelnxtx (xe/xem/xyr)@feddit.nllinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up8·2 months agoI hate mixing W with Wh. Is it 211 MWh battery storage with maximum power output (peak, average, etc.) of 211 MW?
minus-squareMrMakabar@slrpnk.netlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up6·2 months agoIt very much looks like it is 211MW lasting for 1h giving 211MWh.
minus-squareMihieslinkfedilinkarrow-up3·2 months agoIt literally says in first paragraph “…in Sweden to deploy 211 MW / 211 MWh…”
minus-squarelnxtx (xe/xem/xyr)@feddit.nllinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up4·2 months ago= 1 h It’s not a strictly technical megazine. That’s why I have doubts.
minus-squareMihieslinkfedilinkarrow-up2·2 months agoHa, right. Seems that distinguishing between power and energy is really a hard task (for journalists).
minus-squarethreelonmusketeers@sh.itjust.workslinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up1·edit-22 months ago = 1 h MW / MWh = 1 h-1, no?
minus-squareTobberone@lemm.eelinkfedilinkarrow-up1·edit-22 months agoThere is usually a 1:1 between MW:MWh at these capacities.
