Mods- Why the fuck would you remove this comment? It doesn’t violate any of your rules.

Quit fucking waiting until the election to bitch and moan about it. Start making actual changes now and it will still take 12 years, minimum. Get involved at a more local level. Take that shit over so that you actually end up having a voice at the national level.

The “mod” is the same user that made the post, he removes comments on every single post

Sorry are we supposed to be working on the assumption that there is some broad support for the mass revolt of the working class or something?

Protest, rally, petition, write, learn, educate, participate, vote. Doing only one is not doing enough.

What a stupid fucking take on the situation. We, the people, either stand up and take the power or we let whoever wants it have the power. One bug won’t due shit to the chicken. A million bugs will devour the chicken.

I think you are misinterpreting the comic. It shows the impossibility of changing the system from the inside, essentially calling for true systemic change instead of collaboration with it.

(at least that’s what I meant when posting it. might be that I am misinterpreting it)

Just because it’s bullshit doesn’t mean it’s wrong. If you actually care maybe share memes about taking action instead of doomerism.

If you think the statement “democracy is on the ballot” is a lie, then let’s at least hear what’s in your mind, hmm OP?

Is it truly democracy if your only choice is between far right fascism and slightly less evil far right pro-genocide liberalism?

I hate fascism, but calling our two party system a democracy feels like a lie.

Democracy is a process, not the candidate of choice you’re given. Even if there’s 10 fascist on the ballot, if the election process is not hindered in any way, it is democracy. So yes, democracy is on the ballot. The alternative is dictatorship, monarchy, or autocracy.

It does feel like a sort of good cop bad cop setup in some ways, but we literally have a candidate openly advocating for fascism, concentration camps, and purging the government, this isn’t shouldn’t even be a choice this election and it shouldn’t be as close as it is.

It’s true, the Democrats are not our friends. But at least they’re not trying to actively set the house on fire while we’re in it.

They’re just wholly indifferent to the house fire as long as it doesnt inconvenience their donors.
