“Who Controls the Past Controls the Future”
It’s in the first three words of the article. It’s celebrating the anniversary, so you buy it during the anniversary period. How long do you celebrate your birthday for? If you got a birthday present to celebrate your 35th birthday six months after you turned 50, is it still a 35th birthday present?
It’s a dumb reason, but it is a reason
So, Nintendo made it so only pirates can get the digital game now?

@ICastFist, AFAIK, if you bought it, you can still download it (similar case with Mushihimesama and Killer Queen Black).
But yeah, odd choice, esp. for a Nintendo game and a game that needs no online.
I remember hearing from many people, “I wasn’t going to buy it, but it’s only available for a limited period, don’t want to miss out on it”.
I voted with my wallet, and didn’t buy it. I lost the vote though, since it sold pretty well.

Reads like it was written by a marketing team.
What’s the difference?
Also, it should have had Super Mario Galaxy 2, it was crappy that they went from 4 games down to 3 for that All Star collection.
Nintendo reinventing the Disney Vault™️ to artificially create scarcity
These were always a terrible value. Just emulate them.
Straight to jail
Here’s why
I’m sure we’ll all be surprised when those games are all rereleased at $70 each.
at least post the link, this could have been any random SEO slop website for all I knew
Thanks. I’ve never had the urge so bad to click no on the “Is this info helpful” question before.
That didn’t explained anyrhing
PLEASE UNDERSTAND
Please do not the game
Yeah, I had to buy a physical copy of eBay for like 90 bucks. It was bullshit, but my kid wanted it for his birthday and I couldn’t say no.
