The good ones have probably already found new higher paying jobs. The ones that come back will be the dregs. But what can you expect from a guy who bankrupted a Casino

I didn’t know this. But his casino in NY, played out a gambler, they basically got that gambler into the position of owing money. (He had already been draining the casino by winning). When he lost he owed the casino money but the Japanese Mafia killed him before he could pay it.

I think that was talked about in the documentary Hyper Normalization by Adam Curtis. It’s on yt if you’re interested.

Echoes of late 2022 when Twitter abruptly fired thousands of people, then turned around days later and tried to rehire many of them. I’m sure it’s purely a coincidence that one person is closely tied to both incidents.

You could also mention the Tesla Supercharger team.

And you might also draw parallels that this seems more like spite or other personal whim, rather than motivated by the needs of the organization, or applied with any intelligence

It’s almost as this is done in a manner to distract from the hidden intention and doing it at Twitter was a test that confirmed its effectiveness. What a weird but definitely not happening possibility. Look over there! 👉 It’s a trans immigrant that wants your dogs and women’s gold medals!!

I believe some countries don’t have as many nuclear plants to hire engineers and scientists. France is one of the countries heavily invested in nuclear and so is UK. Maybe China does as well? I don’t know about the latter if they have many nuclear plants and I am too lazy to check at the moment.

Looks like the majority of the storage facilities are in Red states. Even though some are near me, I feel like saying screw it, let them stay unmonitored and lets see what blows up. A blunder of that magnitude would shake up even the most die-hard MAGAt.

At this point, isn’t it similar to asking whether it’s a parody? When reality is more twisted, how do you even write parody or Russian plot that is believable?

Is this the real point? Drive those Russian plotters out of a job by being worse than they can imagine? More extreme than would be believable from them?

you underestimate the power of the hatred that’s been carefully cultivated and spread by the right and far-right the last sixty years.

He’s ancient, eats like shit and takes amphetamines. His cardiovascular system is shot.

Trump isn’t competent enough to plan any of this. If you watch him at an EO signing, he looks like he’s hearing about the for the first time as they’re being put in front of him. He gets to surround himself with people who tell him he’s a special boy and gets to receive bribes while golfing every week. He’s a stooge who thinks he’s the King.

Trump isn’t the scary thing. He’s the clown that the scary thing propped up in order to appear foolish and incompetent while implementing the early phases of it’s takeover. By the time Trump has a heart attack, the scary thing’s plans will have been advanced far enough that opinion polls don’t matter because there will be nobody left to oppose it that it doesn’t own.
