The U.S. has become culpable for the atrocities being committed by Israel and El Salvador and that is just this year. In recent years they got the atrocities being committed in the Middle East and before that South America and south east Asia

China has conflicts with countries like India and Philippines. China backs the brutal junta in Myanmar. China invaded Hong Kong.
