Wasn’t this also done like a year and a half ago and the lawyers disbarred? Why doesn’t that set precedent?

The entire reason why lawyers are so expensive, is because they apparently have been trained to do this job through years of education followed by real life experience. Any lawyer using AI to do their job, should be disbarred and charged with fraud.
