If it was presented just like this (“Supernatural, but the MCs are women!”), I’d probably feel similarly to it as the Ghostbusters movie where they did the same. Ie, it sounds like a corporate attempt to make progressive dollars with what sounds like a lazy pandering rehash.
If you mean more as a concept, I think it could work. I mean, I think Buffy was pretty popular for a while.
