Say what you will about Burr, for someone not classically trained as an actor he killed it in that scene.
I don’t even care for the mandalorian much, I still think it’s pretty overrated, but this episode and especially this scene were top notch tension building.

Went to serbia on a school trip once. Was certainly interesting in many regards, but the weirdest thing i found was that they put ketchup on everything, even some sweet dishes.
Went to a street pizza stand there and i got exasperated looks from other customers when i just took my slice and started eating it without slathering it with the omnipresent ketchup bottles. Wasnt even particularly bad or bland pizza without it
