Still waiting on radicle. First decentralised sourceforge I’ve heard of. It started out trying to be built on top of IPFS, then they rewrote it the first time to git branches, their own nodes, and at some point they introduced crypto (maybe after github introduced their “sponsorship” program). After that their homepage looked a lot like a web3 project as it focused way too much on the crypto aspect without having the other stuff locked down.
Now they seem to have rewritten their client again with a bunch of breaking changes and I honestly have no idea what they’re doing. They moved from discord, to matrix, to zulip, split into two orgs (one for funding and one for development?), their roadmap and tickets are not public anymore (or very difficult to find)… It’s very unclear who’s funding them, what their goals are, and whether they’ll ever achieve them.

It’s a pity as I want to root for them and give their stuff a chance, but it’s very unclear how to do so.

Sounds like forgejo will get there before them, then

Possible, year. Forgefed is about 8 years old now and radicle is… 5?
