I can check later but it’s definitely something ISPs are doing and not just Nyaa dropping connections from the US?

Edit: I don’t have a cached DNS and don’t use Nyaa. My ISP’s DNS is resolving a DDOS Guard IP. These are Russians who briefly rendered service to the other (worse) bird site after Cloudflare unceremoniously flipped and kicked them off. Possibly related to sanctions or something.
