Yes, it’s loli/shota/cub friendly. It’s run by the same people who run Bad-Dragon and E621. It’s basically the online roleplaying website! At least from my understanding.
So I went and made an account there. I tried to set up a character, and when I went to save it it was like “you need to be logged in to do that” and dumped all my checkmarks. (I very much was logged in! How did I get to that part in the first place otherwise??)

I highly suggest using the site for things like that and opening a new tab, seconds before saving and logging in if it doesn’t save. It’s really retarded about those sorts of things. Genuinely hate it and has messed me up so many times.
I got it to save my character page when I went back this morning. All the message boards that applied to me seemed long unused, though, and the chats were just wall to wall spam. I’m not sure how I’m supposed to be using that site but it was definitely not fun or intuitive.
Most roleplays are conducted through F-chat, which is a live chat. All the rooms are basically advertising rooms, you essentially sell yourself in a post, trying to get others to contact you and contacting others you think you would click with. It’s definitely a pain to get the hang of.
