I’m undecided between 2 and 3

You’re right about it being the right kind of pillow. I’m wondering if your fluff habit is what’s helping though. I’ve tried like twenty different kinds of cheap pillows and they’ve all sucked. It wasn’t until I finally said “enough is enough” and spent like $120 bucks on a pillow that I’ve finally had one that supports my head properly. Only problem is it is made for side sleepers and I rotate multiple times in the middle of the night from side to stomach and have to move it out of the way when I go to my stomach.

It has reduced the amount I rotate though.

Yeah, that’s why my pillow journey has taken so long. I refuse to pay $100+ for something that needs to be replaced every 6-12 months. It’s why I’m not looking forward to getting a new mattress, too. They used to make them with a top on both sides so you could flip, as well as rotate your mattress, making it last much longer. Now you only get one side, and who the fuck knows how long all that rubber/memory foam/trash that they stick in them now lasts before it degrades. It’s just more of us not owning anything and everything made to be thrown out and replaced rather than maintained and repaired.

Wait, why would your pillow only last 6-12 months? I used the same pillow for like 4-6 years before replacing it with this one.
