I feel like I’m missing a joke
It’s a huge dog that likes to bite people’s throats. Instead of restraining the dog, the home owner has a fairly unreasonable set of instructions for the guests to follow to not die.
Just classic absurdist humor.
well since you explained the comic, thanks by the way for explaining it, it’s not so absurdist, some dog owners really do expect visitors to adapt their behavior to accommodate the misbehavior of the dogs.
Which is absurd, and also real, which makes it even more absurd, and funny.
