Yet all of these outlets at the same time have run support for Daniel Penny, the man recently acquitted for killing a Black homeless man on the New York City subway… These outlets likewise expressed support for Kyle Rittenhouse after he gunned down Black Lives Matter protesters… and for George Zimmerman when he shot Trayvon Martin…

In other words, it’s fine to defend vigilantes when they kill unarmed Black people or anti-racist activists, but when a CEO’s life is taken, we must solemnly stay silent on the reasons why such a person might be targeted or why bystanders might not be crying.

The narrative isn’t about vigilantes. The narrative is about class. It has always been about class.

Being a vigilante is fine (per the corporate narrative) so long as the victim is low income, “low” class, homeless, or mentally ill.

Luigi killed an upper class rich guy, he didn’t pull from what was allowed: Floyd (low income, “low” class), Neely (homeless, “low” class, mentally ill), the kid killed by Rittenhouse (low income, mentally ill), or Martin (an exemplar of a whole history in class warfare that allows for even a child to be pushed into this bizarre “low” class paradigm because he is black).

Luigi failed to follow the allowed algorithm. That’s why.

They haven’t decided what to do with him yet, how to craft his story, so they’re yelling at the public at large right now. And both Warren and Bill Burr.

High odds they go heavy on placing Luigi in a hole with Kazinsky and McVeigh.
