I kept telling my kid to never grow up, it’s not that great. But, he went and did it anyway.
When will he learn that I only give good advice?
I remember being told that and thinking it was dumb at the time since why wouldn’t I want to be an adult? I still sort of think its dumb since being an adult is cool but I’d also definitely tell a kid the same thing because it also very much sucks lol
At some point in old age, many people kinda stop being adults. They might even explicitly lose the right to make legal decisions for themselves, thus basically revertig to the status of a minor.
Though I’d rather stay an adult than lose my mental faculties.
I never grew up because I am a Toys R Us kid.
